Bill Wei, a 2023 graduate from the Costello College of Business at George Mason University, is currently working as a technology intern at the New York-based hedge fund Alphadyne Asset Management while simultaneously pursuing a master’s degree in financial engineering at New York University. As an international student from China, Bill’s journey is one of hard work, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to continuous learning.

For Glenn Eckert, BS Finance ‘89, MBA ‘92, life in finance was not started by visiting a Bloomberg Terminal or a Wall Street internship. It started in Fairfax, Virginia, with athletics including swimming and rowing, a part-time job, and a degree from George Mason University that helped boost momentum.

When she first moved to the region to begin her role at Kearney & Company, Megan Rosler, MS Accounting ‘23, had never heard of George Mason University before. In a similar situation, neither had Rebecca Kinzinger, MS Accounting ’24. For both, that all changed once they started working at the firm.
