Establishes DOGE as an official federal agency to modernize federal technology and software to maximize government efficiency and productivity. Also reorganizes/renames US Digital Service into a temporary US DOGE Service (USDS) dedicated to advancing the President’s 18-month DOGE agenda.

Section 1 . Purpose. This Executive Order establishes the Department of Government Efficiency to implement the President's DOGE Agenda, by modernizing Federal technology and software to maximize governmental efficiency and productivity.
