Madison Hite

In her role, Madison Hite provides one-on-one career advising to Costello College of Business students and alumni, offering support with interview preparation, the internship search process, and networking assistance. As the Experiential Learning Manager, she also oversees key programs like the Internship for Credit course, engages with employers to promote experiential opportunities, and leads workshops on various career development topics. Madison manages the social media accounts for the Office of Career Services and collaborates with student organizations and industry partners to create high-impact events. She first joined the team as a graduate intern before becoming full-time staff, and her previous professional experience is rooted in arts administration. Madison holds a BA in theatre performance and political science from James Madison University and an MS in Management from George Mason's Costello College of Business. Outside of work, she can be found on stage in local community theatre, volunteering with the Humane Society of Fairfax County, or enjoying a good book!
