Broad EO putting forth several policy agendas to establish American energy dominance and speed up traditional energy (and rare earth and mineral) projects, dismantling regulations or entities which constrain gas and other related projects. Also abolishes funding and activities for American Climate Corps and revokes 12 EOs from Biden Administration pertaining to environment/climate, terminating Green New Deal. Emphasizes prioritizing cost-effectiveness in all procurements and expenditures of funds.

Terminates all DEI initiatives and programs, including those of federal contractors who provided DEI training and materials to the government.

Revokes 78 actions and orders from Biden Administration in a wide variety of areas including pandemic response, DEI, immigration, science, education, climate, and many others.

Aims to set the stage for a more reliable domestic supply chain of timber-related products, and reduce reliance on foreign imports. Initiates a major report on the impact of U.S. dependence on lumber imports on national security.
